ASK YOUR HOST BEFORE ENTERING THE WAREHOUSE. THANK YOU! VIEW AS PDF

Please Read:
 * No Food / Drink (including water), Gum, Tobacco, Lozenges, Candies, etc are
   allowed in the warehouse.
 * Warehouse doors must be shut at all times.
 * Do not adjust temperature anywhere in the warehouse.
 * Do not prop windows or doors open.
 * Report any product damage or injury.
 * Personal medication cannot be brought into or used within the warehouse
   without prior authorization by onsite QA.

Visitors are not authorized to use photography or recording equipment of any
kind (camera, cell phone camera, etc.) while on Accuristix premises.  Visitors
are advised that Accuristix does have video security and their image may be
recorded.
