IS THERE A BETTER WAY TO MANAGE SIGNING GROUPS?!
This may just be a wish for DocuSign to make it better. I have 200+ signing
groups. If someone switches roles within the organization and happens to be a
signer, my life is miserable, because I have to: Guess which signing groups
they’re a member of, and if it’s not clear, share their envelopes and looking at
their signing history. Look at every single signing group from that department
one by one and check if the user is part of it Remove the user one by one from
signing groups. Why can’t it just be like shared access, and I can see it on the
User’s profile?! Is there a better way that I’m just missing?

Hello. I got an email from parter company. However when I click the button to
sign I cannot access to contract to sign. There is a pop up “Something went
wrong with the invitation.” Whenever I log in to my account even I cannot see my
contract eventhough I was in the receipient. Could you help me how to solve this
problem?

Good afternoon, I am having an issue with not getting emails on expired links. I
click on the option to send a new link and it says it sent it but I am not
getting anything. I checked spam, had our IT company verify there are no blocks
yet I still don’t receive the new email. Any idea what the issue would be?

TIMEZONE ISSUE
Hi there, I’ve recently had clients signing documents (we are in the Eastern
Time Zone - EST), but when I receive the documents back (signed and completed)
from my clients, they are being stamped with the Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)
time zone for some odd reason. Is this something I can control on my end? Or
something on their side of things? I read through a similar post on the
community here but no answer was provided. Any assistance would be helpful.

of complete network security that I didn't purchase valued of $399.99. The worst
part is that 2 minutes after I received another email stating that I had signed
and complete. Is this a scam?

Not receiving emails from expired links, also not getting new links to sign
documents (this is affecting more than just me in my organisation but Docusign
is working fine for others). Made sure not on blocked email list and on safe
receipients list but this has made no difference.

"CONTINUE" BUTTON IS NOT FUNCTIONING FOR SIGNER
For the second time in a week, I have had a signer tell me the “continue” button
isn’t working nothing happens when they click on it. I’m not sure how to fix
this so I have had to void the envelope and send a new one, which obviously
isn’t ideal. Does anyone know how to solve this?

and Keys stored? Are they kept in the cloud, on a token, or is the actual

Can you explain the workflow in detail? Furthermore, does this workflow vary

AUTHENTICATION ISSUES
We have a client who is having trouble authenticating into Docusign. The first
time the person was getting the following error message. They still switched the
authentication to Access code, but she still can get passed the system, both her
last four dights and or access code 1234. She is using Gmail, and she is
claiming that she had the latest email exchange.

I was asked to sign a document by someone and one of the questions is asking for
my phone number. I don’t understand what format they want me to enter the phone
number in. I have tried entering it in normally and with dashes. The sample
format they gave me was #, # # #. ##. which makes no sense.

Hello, I have a document where I need to use the drawing free box to circle two
options. Starting last Thursday when you click on the draw box to edit the file
appears tiny and the options for color of pencil and pencil length are huge. Any

RECIPIENTS ?
I want to know if there is a way to display all the signatoryies with tags on
the envelope to all the listed recepients on the envelope. Currently only the
signer can see where he needs to sign and has no visibility if the other persons
before him /her has already signed. I understand that this is dictated by the
signing order. We have a requirement in our company to display all the signers
listed to receive the envelope and be able to view on the envelope who has
signed and whose signature is pending. I have not come across this functionality
yet. .
