<div class="mb-3">Also, the <strong>Financial Conduct Authority's Consumer Credit sourcebook</strong> states the following:</div>

<div class="mb-3">(1) a relevant claim on behalf of the lender or owner has not been made during the relevant limitation period; and</div>
