HUBSPOT EMAIL VERIFICATION INTEGRATION

The HubSpot integration allows you to easily import your HubSpot lists into
NeverBounce and send the validation results back to HubSpot.


GETTING STARTED

To get started with this integration, login to your NeverBounce dashboard and
click “Add List” on the right of your dashboard. This will open a modal window
displaying a list of integrations on the left.


IF YOU HAVE NOT USED THIS INTEGRATION BEFORE:

Under “Add Integration” you will see a list of possible integrations. Scroll or
use the search bar at the bottom to find the integration you are looking for.
Click on the HubSpot integration to open a dialog window. This will have you
sign in using your credentials to connect your HubSpot account.


IF YOU HAVE ALREADY CONNECTED THIS INTEGRATION:

Under “Current” you will see a list of the integrations you have connected.
Click on the HubSpot integration to see a list of your lists.


IMPORTING A LIST

After logging in with your HubSpot credentials, the window will close and
NeverBounce will connect to your HubSpot account. After a few seconds you should
see your HubSpot lists. Select one and click “Import List” to begin importing
your list. Once imported, the list can be analyzed and validated just like an
uploaded list.


SENDING THE RESULTS BACK TO HUBSPOT

Once you’ve completed validation, sending the results back to HubSpot is as easy
as pressing “Export to HubSpot”. Clicking on “Export to HubSpot” will start the
export process and the button will change to “Exported.” We’ll attempt to create
a HubSpot property named “neverbouncevalidationresult” to store the NeverBounce
validation result (valid, invalid, disposable, catchall, and unknown).


DISCONNECTING HUBSPOT

To disconnect HubSpot once you have it connected, click “Add List” from your
dashboard. On the left you should see “HubSpot” listed under your current
integrations. Hover over “HubSpot” until you see a red broken link icon to the
right. Click on that icon and you will see disconnection instructions on the
right.

You can reconnect your HubSpot account anytime by following the instructions
above.


FAQS


MY IMPORT HAS BEEN PROCESSING FOR A WHILE, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Importing can take several minutes for a few thousand contacts and upwards of an
hour for larger numbers of contacts.


IDENTIFY THE VALIDITY OF HUBSPOT CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESSES WITH NEVERBOUNCE



Determine if the email addresses associated with your HubSpot contacts are valid
by verifying with NeverBounce. When a new contact is added to a specified list
in your HubSpot account, NeverBounce checks the email address’ validity. The
HubSpot contact is then updated with the returned result code - valid, invalid,
disposable, catch-all, unknown — in a custom field.

Note: You may need to create a new property in your HubSpot account, if you
haven't already. We recommend naming the property NeverBounceValidationResult


HOW THIS HUBSPOT-NEVERBOUNCE INTEGRATION WORKS

 1. Add new contact to a specified HubSpot list
 2. Zapier sends the email to be verified with NeverBounce
 3. Zapier updates the existing HubSpot contact with NeverBounce result code in
    a custom field

Ensure the deliverability of emails sent through HubSpot by automating your
