Dear Health Coach, I feel like I am bombarded with information on how to eat healthier, improve my fitness, simplify my life, care for my emotional health, improve work-life balance… you get the picture. I don’t know where to start. What’s most important? Thank you, Overwhelmed with good intentions Dear Overwhelmed, The good news is that your body and mind are so interconnected that improving in one area of your life will have positive effects on other areas. If your doctor asked you to make specific changes, start there. If not, choose one area that might be easiest to fit into your lifestyle. If 30 minutes of exercise is too difficult to fit in, see if you can fit in 10 minutes of mindfulness meditation instead.
