PDF ATTACHED TO COMPLETED EMAIL FOR ONLY ONE RECIPIENT
We have a use case that wants on the completed email notifications, to attached
the completed signed pdf to only ONE recipient in the signing order. Is this
possible? If so, how do you do it? Second question: Regarding attaching the pdf
to completed email notifications. Can this ‘rule’ be defined at the template
level? ex: Template 1 - yes we want the pdf to be attached to only one role on
the template. Template 2 - we do not want any pdf’s attached to any role on the
template. Is this possible?

I sometime have to sign documents with just my name, and sometimes I have to
sign with my name and a title afterwards, such as Trustee. Does Docusign allow a
signer to select which signature to use before I start signing a document? If
so, how do I set this up? Thanks.

NAME MISSPELLED
Hi All, User’s name is misspelled because a “ null ” is appearing between first
name and family name: Bruno null Turco I have tried to delete user from my
contacts and recreate many envelope, but issue was not solved. User tried from
different browsers and devices ( PC and phone) encountering the same problem.

SIGNATURE AUTHENTIFICATION FAILURE
having a problem with authenticating signatures on documents that are downloaded
as combined PDF. When a document is downloaded as a combined PDF along with the
certificate of authentification, the signatures are not recognised by Adobe
Acrobat. However, when I download the same document as a seperate PDF document
from the certificate of authentification, the signatures are recognised and can
be authenticated by Adobe Acrobe. For our purposes we need to download all
documents as combined PDFs and signatures must be authenticated. Please help.

RESIZING ISSUE OR GLITCH
Hello everyone. I'm adding a textbox to a contract I'm trying to fill out and
when i try to resize the text to fit along the according lines it doesn't let
me. The selected text box only lets me move it around but does not let me resize
it using the expanded arrows on the corners. its like the text box has a fixed
size. Is there a fix to this?

I signed a scam hotel reservation email (sender: royal-visit.com). Only found
out today that this sender has nothing to do with the event I am attending and
that the email was a scam. The signed document was a legitimate docusign
envelope. I haven’t provided any credit card info. What should I do?

EASIER WAY TO SIGN A BUNCH OF DOCS FOR THE SAME RECIPIENT?
I have a situation where I have multiple documents going to the same person for
signature in the same envelope. It appears that the signor has to click through
each individual field to sign each document. So they are signing/clicking
through 20 different times in the same envelope. Is there a setting or an easier
way where they can sign one time but the signature and date fields get copied to
all other signature fields in the envelope so they only have to sign/date one
time instead of having to click through each of the 20 signature fields
separately?

I sent a document for signatures, including my own and received the completion
email notification. I then sign in and download, however when I try to open the
document, I get an error “We can't open this file, something went wrong”. I have
never come across this.

DOCUMENT WILL OPEN FOR REVIEW?
I want to send out a document that needs to have a correct received on date and
signature, would it be possible in any way to have the recipient have to sign
that portion of the document before the rest of it opens for viewing (maybe, if
possible, to add an alert “this is only a received confirmation signature....”

I am having this happen with two envelopes. Both signers have signed the
documents, but I have received nothing back. One emailed me a copy of the
Docusigned document - it all looks correctly signed. But the history of the
envelope still says ‘Needs to Sign’. I have received nothing back.

WRONG DATE FORMAT ON A SIGNED DOCUMENT. IS IT STILL VALID?
Hi, I recently had a contract signed by two parties. However, the date signed
for the other party is in date format DD/MM/YYYY and mine was in MM/DD/YYYY.
Will this contract be valid in case of needing to go to court? Or should I have
the client resign in the correct date format? Which I’m not sure why their date
format is like that since I had it set as MM/DD/YYYY.
