Understanding & supporting neurodiversity in the workplace

Join us on Wednesday 18 September 2024 for this webinar brought to you by QBE

Everybody thinks and works differently. Neurodiversity refers to all the unique
ways in which we exist, think, process information, feel, and behave.

To truly embrace diversity, we must recognise the value in each person’s unique
perspective. This webinar and accompanying workplace guide, brought to you by
QBE, will equip you with a comprehensive understanding of neurodiversity. You’ll
learn how to foster an inclusive workplace, implement practical strategies, and
discover available support pathways.

The growing number of people identifying as neurodivergent, both in and outside
the workplace—approximately one in seven globally—highlights the need to
understand and embrace neurodiversity.

While strides have been made, there's still significant opportunity to create
truly neuro-inclusive environments. Neurodivergent individuals bring a wealth of
unique perspectives, skills, and talents that can propel organisations forward.
Embracing neurodiversity isn't just morally right; it's essential for success.

This webinar and accompanying workplace guide, brought to you by QBE, will
provide a comprehensive understanding of neurodiversity. You’ll learn how to
foster an inclusive workplace, implement practical strategies, and discover
available support pathways.
