THE KATYDIDS NOSTALGIA WAS BORN

Kathryn Beich’s confections which include not only the beloved Katydids but also
iconic treats like Laffy Taffy, Whiz Bars, and Golden Crumbles has been around
since 1854. But it was in 1952 that Katherine McNulta-Beich came up with a
program to help schools, sports teams and other non-profit organizations, raise
the funds they desperately needed.
