SAFEGUARD BUILDINGS CONTROLS SERVICE



A building survey will be carried out to ensure that all existing emergency
lighting complies with the current regulations. Once all information is gathered
we can advise on the necessary course of action and talk to you about the
savings your business can achieve.

The initial installation of all smart box technology will retrofit to your
existing emergency lighting and is quick and easy with minimal disruption to
your business.

 

Safeguard Buildings Controls engineers are fully qualified and approved by
the NICEIC.

All information, including certificates, are stored along with your monthly
automated and annual test results in your own personal web portal. As part of
the service, we will carry out an annual audit of the building to ensure that
any additional rooms, structural modifications or lighting alterations still
comply with the correct emergency standard required for emergency lighting.
There is no additional cost for this service and all certifications
