   Slow down the pace and refine your form in this crowd favorite BODYBAR class.
   A challenging workout that dives into the posture, form, and intention of
   each exercise. It’s a great place for beginners to start, experienced
   practitioners to revisit, and everyone to enjoy.


 * POWER TOWER
   
   Slow down the pace and target muscle toning and lengthening. Power Tower uses
   the tower springs, a stable mat, and Pilates accessories to incorporate
   flexibility with a gentler approach to your BODYBAR workout.


 * JUMP
   
   Kick up the fun and jump with us! This Reformer workout takes flight with the
   Jumpboard, actively building strength, cardio fitness, and power. We take
   jumping from vertical to horizontal, effectively reducing the impact while
   enjoying all the benefits.


 * REFORMER CHAIR
   
   Train on the Chair to build balance in your body. Targeting strength,
   stability, and core control, Reformer Chair delivers full body balance. If
   you are confident on the Reformer, then you are ready to add the Chair to
   your weekly workouts.


 * MIXED EQUIPMENT
   
   Mixed Equipment is the perfect BODYBAR mashup! No equipment is off limits.
   Actively build strength and balance, challenge your cardio fitness, target
