IMPORTANT CUSTOMER UPDATES

We are currently experiencing high demand for appointments. Home Affairs is
aware that appointments may exceed the 28-day time frame given in your Request
for Health Examination letter and will take this into account when considering
your visa application. If you are unable to undergo the health examination
within the requested timeframe in your Request for Health Examination letter,
you should notify the Department by attaching details through your ImmiAccount.
We continue to release appointments daily and all available appointments are
online. Please do not contact Bupa to seek an earlier appointment.

We operate medical centres around Australia on behalf of the Department of Home
Affairs to provide immigration health examinations to Australian visa
applicants.

 

The fastest way to view and secure an immigration health examination is through
our online booking system.

BUPA MEDICAL VISA SERVICES CENTRES

Bupa Medical Visa Services centres are open Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 6:00pm

We have 9 Bupa centres and an additional 30 partner centres around Australia,
including regional and remote areas. Bupa Centres are close to public transport,
have family friendly facilities and are near shopping centres, cafes and
restaurants.

Clinics with offsite radiology will be noted in the locations details above.
Clients who attend these clinics will be required to travel a short distance to
another location to complete any radiology requirements.

No cash is accepted at the centres.
