Donna Ellis is the most responsive/organised account manager I have dealt with
from Tenon in my 3 years here at Prime Studios. Donna has been able to assist me
with cleaner cover and other issues promptly, and her communication is much more
consistent than with other account managers covering Prime in the past.

We are a large secondary school and Tenon provided our cleaning services for the
past 8 years. I cannot fault their work or the management of our cleaning team.
The Covid pandemic has seen huge challenges throughout the school and our
cleaning staff have definitely met those, providing additional staff, hours,
products and equipment, often at short notice. Our cleaning staff work with us
when panning our Covid strategy, giving flexibility to ensure we meet all
requirements to have staff and pupils in school safely. The team have also been
an integral part of our mass-testing facility, which has allowed 1500 staff and
pupils to return to school. I would recommend Tenon without hesitation, a great
of example of whole school teamwork'
