St. Camillus Life Plan Community is conveniently located in Wauwatosa, WI and
offers a full spectrum of programs and services. Beyond our vibrant Independent
Living community, we offer Assisted Living, specialized Memory Care, Skilled
Nursing and Short Term Rehabilitation. Our Home Health Agency provides a wide

Spirituality

All faiths are welcome at St. Camillus. We offer daily Mass and weekly
Ecumenical services in any of our 3 chapels on campus. Our Pastoral Care team is
also available 24 hours, 7 days a week to meet with residents, families or
provide any support needed.

Culinary

Some of the best conversations and moments are made while dining! Whether you’re
looking to enjoy a Packer Game during Happy Hour, enjoy a Sunday brunch, or a
delicious meal with your family, our dedicated culinary teams are always there
to serve you.

Fine Arts

St. Camillus is proud to offer a wide array of social opportunities including
concerts, educational classes, entertainment, endless volunteer opportunities
and more! We also offer specialized programming including community partnerships
and a diverse music therapy program with one on one visits, choir concerts, and
resident sing-a-longs.

Wellness

St. Camillus embraces and encourages independence and overall well being. By
focusing on active living, seniors are equipped to live a healthy, active
lifestyle. St. Camillus offers a Revitalize Wellness program that embraces 6
dimensions of wellness including: physical, intellectual, spiritual, social,
emotional, and community.  The goal is to achieve a higher quality of life for
all residents.

Wisconsin.  We are committed to our residents and are the only Life Plan
Community in Wisconsin to state in our residency agreements that once a
resident, always a resident.  Our St. Camillus Foundation provides benevolent
care if resident funds were to run out.  St. Camillus provides the security of
knowing the “what ifs” of the future are covered for you.  By choosing our
community, you have the security and stability of knowing all of the worry about
the future disappears.  Should you or a loved one ever need additional care or
services, they are available to you with our full continuum of care and home
health services.


EAST RESIDENCE INDEPENDENT LIVING NOW OPEN!

The East Residence features multiple new culinary options including a fine
dining restaurant, pub, made to order deli and alfresco dining.  With the
addition of the East Residence, our extensive life enrichment programming will
now feature a rotating art gallery, dedicated theater space, a brand new
Revitalize Wellness Center featuring exercise studios, a yoga garden, a
whirlpool, golf simulator, outdoor putting green and pickleball court!
