We’ve been talking about the new iECHO platform for a while now, and we’re excited to officially announce our rollout plan. Use Google Translate to read this email HELLO ECHO HUBS! We’ve been talking about the new iECHO for a while now, and we’re excited to officially announce our rollout plan. BUT, FIRST, WHAT IS IT? The new iECHO enables you to manage every aspect of an ECHO program in a single platform, including your email communications, Zoom meetings and even attendance certificates. Participants can browse, sign up, attend and view program resources all in the same place. We’re most excited about these automatic data tracking features: * how many people attended and for how long * a map view of where they are joining from * number of cases presented * learning hours completed * participant gender and profession distribution * basic post-session survey TIMELINE: VARIES BY GEOGRAPHY * United States – new partners will be trained on the new iECHO through their Partner Launch Training, starting in April. The Partner Development and Support Team will reach out to existing partners in the second half of 2023 to discuss a transition timeline * Africa – all new partners use the new iECHO; all current partners will be onboarded by June 2023 * India – rollout complete for new and existing partners * Latin America – rollout will begin in June 2023, details will be shared by the LatAm Partner Support Team. Regional support and questions: * ECHOespanol@salud.unm.edu * ECHOportugues@salud.unm.edu * All others (inc. Australia, Canada, Europe and Asia-Pacific) – Rollout is estimated to begin late 2023/early 2024, subject to data privacy and other legal clearances If your ECHO program markets to a global audience, contact support@iecho.org to discuss a timeline. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR ME? * As an existing partner, don’t change a thing until we reach out to you! * If you’re eager to get on board, you can sign up to be added to our waitlist. Review Our FAQs FAQ - in Spanish FAQ - in Portuguese We’re excited that this new platform will make creating and managing ECHO programs much easier, in addition to building a virtual knowledge-sharing community for our partners. That’s all for now! We will share more updates as they become available. iECHO Support Team support@iecho.org Want to change how you receive these emails?
