Dave is super to work with, just a very helpful, honest personality. Also, good
communication & on time. We appreciated that he repaired the immediate problems
and made recommendations for later. We have used him 4x- leaking faucets,
fixture replacement , broken softener. Scheduling was quick and easy. In a
difficult plumbing situation, he was a pleasure to deal with. Can't say enough
nice things- We will hire him again when needed!

We had a water heater go bad at night and leak from the attic in the second
story into the bedroom below. Left a message and they called first thing the
next morning and came out right away. The cost was reasonable, especially due to
the weekend and that it's hard to live without water. In my decades of living I
found that it's the small companies like this that are best. The big companies
with lots of trucks and advertising are the ones that take forever to get an
appointment and then royally try to rip you off when they do come, because they
have to in order to pay for all those trucks and advertising. So next time you
need a plumber try calling People's Choice.

we ended up replacing it. He was quick and affordable. I will definitely

We try to always call David first when in need of plumbing service. He's done
work at my house, my parents, and now my in laws. Mother-in-law had her water
heater go out after 14 years in use and David replaced it for her the day after
I called him. Upgraded the install from what was there previously (which was
unsafe) and now MiL is much more comfortable and secure in her house. Thank you

I cannot recommend David highly enough. Solving problems is definitely his
superpower. We had a “no hot Water issue” with our newly remodeled bathroom and
were just devastated. David came in solved the problem and got us back on track
— huge props man. We thought the solution would be very expensive. It turned out
we just needed a plumbing EXPERT.

David, the plumber was Very professional. He Did not have combat boots on as
other plumbers do who track mud and dirt in your house. He was very clean. He
explained what needed to be done and with my approval did the work. I was very
happy with his work.

David really saved the day! I THOUGHT id be handy and replace the toilet at my
work, jokes on me, it was a wall mount toilet...i didnt even know that existed!
Needless to say, I got well in over my head. I put in a call and he was able to

David and the folks at People's Choice (PC) are great to work with. If you are
having trouble with your tankless water heater working these are the folks who
can help you solve your problem. I dealt with almost 2 yrs of problems after
adding a new master br to our house. I brought out 4 different plumbing
companies and none could solve the problem and none would really listen to what
i was telling them about the patterns in water flow. I called PC bc we'd head
some good experiences with them on some other work. They took the time to
listen, consider where the problem might be BEFORE jumping into the work, were
very fair with costs, and flexible with appointment times. I've had a working
shower/bathroom for the first time in 2 years and i couldn't be happier. Call PC
first. I will. Updating my review since I first submitted three years ago...
David came out in the last few days to help us with a problem in the kitchen. I
called him before he came over. He gave me some advice on how to decrease total
costs on the job before he walked in and then we set up a day/time. David came
over, explained to us the problem and the solutions, and then we went forward
with the repairs. We've worked with PC many times since my first review. This is
a class act company and they are good with their customers. I've always called
PC first and will continue to do so. Another update on my review... David and B
are wonderful. Continued professionalism in their communications and work
product. Prices are always fair. I've stuck with People's Choice for years and
will continue to do so.

I actually called Dave to get a second opinion after the first plumber I called
looked at a backed up toilet and said the sewer line needed replacing. Of the 3
plumbers I called for a quote, Dave did the most thorough job of assessing what
needed to be done, including climbing on the house to assess thru the vent pipe
(only plumber who did that) and running a camera thru the sewer line. He did the
best job of explaining why so much work was needed on this 70 year old house, so
since he seemed to really know what he was doing and cared a lot about doing a
good job (and he had many great reviews), I asked him to do the work. It was a
large job, involving clearing roots from a very large pecan tree some idiot
planted years ago 24 inches from the house right where the drain line comes out
from the house at the bathroom. In addition to removing very large roots, the
job included trenching all the way across the backyard and through a 33ft cement
slab to the city sewer tie-in in the alley. He gave me a reasonable quote based
on the others I had, and a tentative timeline, depending on any surprises that
might come up. His quote was neither the highest nor the lowest. He knows his
stuff and cars about his work. Each day he started by letting me know what he
hoped to get done that day, each day he finished by telling me how it went. At
the beginning, he said that getting thru the slab to finish the trench might run
into more expense if there were any deep ribs of cement to go through. Turns out
there were deeper ribs, but he nevertheless kept the project on budget. He
finished on time (2 week+ project) and at the quoted price. Cleanup was
impeccable, the work was excellent, his subcontractors did great work, and he
communicates very well. I absolutely will call People's Choice plumping for any
other plumbing work I need done!

Quick, clean, good work for good price. We reached out and with in the day he
responded and we were on his books. He explained how long it would take and we

which was open when he started work on it.

We needed a new Pressure Reducing Valve because our old one failed and we were
getting 110 psi to the house. Called around and got the best price quote from
People's Choice. David even went above and beyond to make sure our system was up
to his quality of work even in connections that he didn't need to touch, all

I have called upon People's Choice Plumbing on several occasions and they have
always provided top-level professional service, from diagnosing a problem to
completing its resolution. They are excellent at communicating what the problem
is, and what options exist for correcting it, then performing any necessary
repairs promptly. And they do all of this for a fair price. Among the services
they have provided for us includes the repair of a leak in the yard (caused by
root damage), replacing both a water softener and our water heaters, and
diagnosing and fixing a faulty valve in the house. I recommend them as a first
option for any home plumbing emergency.

I used People's Choice Plumbing to install a water softener a couple of months
ago. The plumber arrived on-time and did an excellent job with the installation
and answering any of my questions. The installation ended up being complicated,
and he handled the situation swiftly and the right way. They followed up
multiple times to ensure I was satisfied and having no issues. I will 100% be

I can't say enough positive things about David, Bee and the rest of the staff at
People's Choice Plumbing. We needed new toilets and David helped us find a good
product, was always following up with us and answering any question we had,

David came and gave us an estimate and he repaired a clogged kitchen sink. The
pipes were so old and he explained every detail of the job to us before going
forward with the project. They came in and worked on it for several hours and
did not deter from the pricing they had given us. They were all very

I really enjoyed my experience with People's Choice plumbing. I had a major leak
and Dave fixed it at a fair price and got the job done right. He even fixed the
faucet handle to my kitchen sink when he noticed that it was loose. Dave was
efficient and friendly. New, the office manager was kind and helpful. I will
definitely be calling them for my future plumbing needs and you should too.

Great experience! I had a broken pipe that required tunneling through rock. They
shopped around for the best digging company and price for us. They kept us in
the loop on when everything was going to happen and directed the digging company
very well. Everything was done correctly and with professionalism and care. They
are one of the very few genuine companies I’ve hired and will definitely use
them again in the future.

I'd use to describe David and his team. It's hard finding a quality plumber,
especially when you live 1,000 miles away from your rental properties. Thanks,
David. I'll be calling you for all my plumbing needs! Update: 3/6/21 I still use
David and team for all my plumbing issues. He's replaced a water heater,
installed a dishwasher and garbage disposal, fixed a faulty tub faucet. David is
by all means a master plumber. I wouldn't say they're the cheapest, but in this

After desperately calling plumbers during the freeze in San Antonio, for what I
thought was one busted pipe, my son-in-law who was calling from Dallas was able
to reach David. From that conversation I was confident that David was the
plumber I would wait for. Due to weather conditions, it took a few days to get
to my home. In the meantime, Office Manager Bee was compassionate and reassuring
