Our room directly looked out onto the falls, beautiful, I could hear the
rumble of the water. Looking up the street, so close to the ferris wheel
and other bright attractions, just so lively. But, when winding down,
turned on the fireplace and closes the window, where I could see the
sights, but it was so quiet. The front desk person, Jerily was so kind and
helpful. She smiled the whole time. The buffet brunch was delicious with a
view of the falls. I wish, I would have taken advantage of the wego
discount provided in my check in packet, but we where having so much fun,
we ran out of time. The gift shop was pretty reasonable, but in just a few
minutes we walked to the upper level streets with more shops and
restaurants as well. I would definitely stay again

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE STAY
I encountered several issues, including：stench room, dirty toilet, A leaky
shower door, non-functional AC, Low service efficiency, The improper night
stand table position caused my lip to hurt badly, helpless first aid
assist. Additionally, the manager, Hanna, was impolite during the checkout
process and only offered a $100 compensation without an official apology.
This was inadequate and disrespectful, especially for a hotel that claims
to be four-star.

GREAT HOTEL FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS
Can’t beat the location if you have kids and need to go to shops and
restaurants and entertainment easily. Great way to beat the heat because
you can stay inside the hotel complex without needing to leave for many
convenient places. Easy walk to the horseshoe part of falls and many
attractions. Splurge for a falls view on a high floor. It can’t be beat.
The main con is the parking is fairly far away and attached to a different
hotel. Would have stayed there but the views are better at Sheraton

We were married in 2020 but boarder was closed for our honeymoon, so just
went now and it was one of my best vacations ever , hotel and staff was

EXCELLENT CHOICE
I am so happy that I made this choice to stay here for our family vacation
to Canada 2024. We took the Juliet balcony two queens bed. The view was on
the 7th floor facing the Niagara Falls America side. To wake up with that
view and go to sleep every night and have the view of the fireworks at 10
every night was amazing. The staff at the front desk was amazing I give a
10 no matter the hour they helped me with kindness and great knowledge. The
housekeeping was excellent. Didi was our housekeeper she went above and
beyond and she made our stay extra special. We stayed 6 days 5
Nights and every evening when we came back with our kids the fresh clean
smell and our room stocked and replaced with whatever we needed so so
relaxing and amazing. She was definitely a plus. The Starbucks staff was
amazing all of them we had breakfast there every day and the staff new my
name by heart and they all very friendly so that staff at Starbucks is for
sure a plus for the hotel. This hotel is walking distance to falls and the
we go
Bus . Also as u walk and make a
Right u head to Clifton hills which is another amazing attraction and nice
chilling place. The hotel is connected
To the rain forest cafe the casino the Hard Rock Cafe the arcade and an
indoor water park. I recommend this hotel to anyone

MISCOMMUNICATION AND CONSTANT FIRE ALARM IN THE MORNING
Poor communication ended up costing me more for this trip. Staff wasn’t
helpful in the situation just constant back and forth is not what you want
on vacation. Also we experienced constant fire alarm each day we stayed
there.

KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS AND ENJOY!
Excellent location, beautiful gardens, clean room, fireworks from bed was
great!, staff very friendly, clean, bottled water delivery prompt.
Unfortunately the roof pool was closed the day we had hoped for a pool day
bit we were given 40$ in coupons we forgot to give before ordering and
couldn't use, then mimissimos charge was 100 over ?? Saw it on the card and
asked at checkout, gave us the number to call but that's pretty useless
without a receipt so take it as a loss and a total of $140 lesson learned!
(The food was excellent and I would love to go back... cautiously)
Parking is expensive so plan for it! But definitely will go back again!

GIRLS SPA WEEKEND WITH MY GRANDDAUGHTER
I had a lovely stay and enjoyed the spa facilities and the restaurants.
Hotel has a terrific view of the Falls. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Disability accommodations were great in the room, but non-existent at the
pool and lobby restroom.
