Carsten's area of expertise is strategic planning and implementation of
successful internationalization sales strategies - online & offline. Before
co-founding NAVIGO he led the Start-Up incubator fo the German American Chamber
of Commerce (GACC) in Atlanta. In our Miami office Carsten assists companies
ranging from the automotive, consumer goods, Lifestyle and IT industries. He
serves on the board of the German American Business Chamber (www.gabc.us) und
works as Business Angel at the Venture Capital group Miami Angels
(www.agpmiami.com).

Sebastian is specialized in International Site Selection, industrialization of
new plants and market entry into the United States. He is responsible for
digitalization & new markets, as well NAVIGO’s database of industrial real
estate. in the past, Sebastian represented the U.S. state of Mississippi in
Europe and led site selection projects at the German American Chamber of
Commerce (GACC) in Atlanta. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Transatlantic
Business & Investment Council (TBIC, www.tbic-fdi.com) in Berlin. Sebastian
works out of our Atlanta office.

Yvonne is a trained translator for German to English and received an incubator
certificate from the International Business Innovation Association
(www.inbia.org). She is responsible for translation and Office Management at our
Atlanta office. Before NAVIGO Yvonne served as in-house translator at a German
equipment manufacturer.

Adriana is our specialist for personal, HR and benefits. Before joining NAVIGO
she was HR Business Partner at Lexmark International where she was responsible
for Human Resources, Recruiting, Compliance und HR IT-solutions. Adriana
supports our clients during wage & benefits studies as well as executive search
and expert recruiting for their U.S. business.
