WELCOME TO THE SOVEREIGN IMPERIAL AND ROYAL HOUSE OF GHASSAN

The Royal House of Ghassan stands as a beacon of international recognition, a
rare feat among deposed Royal Houses. Its legitimacy is acknowledged by the very
republics that once held its territories, a testament to its enduring influence
and power.

The Ghassanid kings, emperors, and princes ruled several Middle Eastern regions,
from 220 CE until the mid-18th century (Christian branch) and 1921 CE (Muslim
branch), over 1500 years. Since the first Ghassanid State, the Royal Ghassanids
have always enjoyed full recognition from friends and foes. The Sovereign
Imperial and Royal House of Ghassan is the oldest active Arab Christian Royal
House in the world, whose sovereigns ruled over the largest territory for the
longest period, more than any other Arab Dynasty.

During its most recent rule of a sovereign principality composed of territory in
present-day Lebanon and Syria, the Ottoman Empire officially recognized the
imperial and royal Ghassanid titles. Today, the recognition continues to be
received by the Republic of Lebanon and other nation-state members of the United
Nations.





A PUBLIC STATEMENT OF THE ROYAL HOUSE OF GHASSAN





In my name, in the name of the Ghassanid Dynasty, and the Sovereign Imperial and
Royal House of Ghassan, I would like to solemnly declare that since no longer
ruling, the Royal House presently is an international, non-profit, apolitical,
secular, cultural/educational and charitable "umbrella organization"
headquartered in the United States and recognized and accredited by the United
Nations and by the Government of the Lebanese Republic, responsible for several
affiliated organizations, fraternities, humanitarian and cultural initiatives. 



Above all, we follow the customary monarchical tradition of non-interference in
partisan politics; we do not endorse any leader and/or regime. We do not support
any conflict, sectarian group, or militia, we do not condone any use of
violence, and we do not actively seek regime change in any country in the Middle
East or elsewhere. On the contrary, I and the Ghassanid Princes sworn to serve
the Middle Eastern people without asking anything in return, working with the
‘de facto’ constituted leaders, continuing to fulfill our millennial role of
serving as a bridge between the Middle East and the West.
