“junk”. They show up on time, take a look at the items, then give a quote. It is
a firm quote that does not change.Unlike other services that give a guesstimate
quote over the phone that can go up.They go through every item to see if it can
be donated or if it is recyclable.Honest, friendly owner and staff worked
efficiently. They even swept up after.Highly recommend, very satisfied.

Tony and his staff are an exceptional group of people. They epitomizes what
customer service ought to be. I’m residing all the way in Pennsylvania and was
faced with an emergency clean out in Inglewood California. Within 24 hours it
was all done as promised. Also updates and pictures were made available to me

I’m a property manager and had a unit that had a lot of items that needed to be
hauled away. This included furniture, appliances, electronics and other
miscellaneous items. The dispatcher was nice and explained pricing and sent his
crew to get an estimate and didn’t charge a service call fee. Later in the week
they went and hauled everything away. I love that Chris and his partner updated
me every time they were done loading a truck since I couldn’t be with them all
day. At the end of the day they notified me that they were about to finish. So I
went back to the property and we did a final walk through and I was definitely
satisfied with their work. I will definitely use them again for other projects.

drywall and a refrigerator from a Condo.I Google Hauling Services and came
across 911 Hauling.An eye catching name for sure.They answered my call with a
live person, took my general request, mentioned that they may have someone else
in the area.After checking, I reached an immediate contact person/ George follow
up and an immediate appointment same day.Two gentlemen showed up on time
presented themselves as very courteous, respectful and professional.We discussed
a very reasonable price to take the items away and soon after the agreement was
made the two gentlemen - George and James also known as Jimmy began immediately
removing the items safely, efficiently and thoroughly.The end of the removal

I just had 911 Junk California haul away all our excess furniture from our
house. I have to say, Tony, George and James are top notch guys, completely
professional, courteous, and exceeded our expectations for the service. These
guys are very down to earth, genuine folks ...a rare find in today's world. In a
couple of short hours, I got to get a slice of their lives, and it was very
heart warming such good people still exist. I highly recommend them if you have

This was, no exaggeration, one of the best customer service experiences of my
life. Tony took my call and was incredibly informative, helpful, and efficient
in getting my appointment set up and making sure I had all the relevant info.
Chris, Ali, and James showed up on time and were courteous and efficient in
getting my quote, moving my stuff, and finalizing the process. The whole removal

My roommate and I had a wonderful experience with George and James. I made an
appointment through the website and was contacted via text and email shortly
after with confirmation. I also received reminder texts as the appointment got
closer. I really like that the estimates are openly displayed showing the range
of the service they provide. George and James were so helpful in getting us
ready to move out of our apartment in AH. George was very attentive and made
