Come join us for the celebration of all things vegan at Dublin Vegfest 2023!

Get ready for a day filled with delicious food, inspiring talks, and exciting
activities.

Saturday, September 23 and Sunday 24th 2023, Leinster Cricket Club, Observatory
Lane, Rathmines, D06 WF96 .

Indulge in a wide variety of plant-based cuisines from local vendors and
renowned chefs in our Food Village. From mouthwatering comfort foods to decadent
desserts, we've got your taste buds covered. Discover new flavours and find your
new favorite vegan dish!

Listen to captivating talks and panel discussions by experts in the field of
veganism. Learn about the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle.

If you or someone you know is interested in sustainable plant based vegan diets
and a lifestyle. There is no better place to be than VegFest to try new
delicious vegan foods and veganised favourites.

You dont have to be vegan to attend , VegFest is for everyone. Get inspired by
individuals making a positive impact and find ways to incorporate veganism into

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for this event, or paying on entry, or using a guest
ticket or free ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions stated here.

Admission

Admission is by ticket only. Ticket fee includes access to talks, demo's,
workshops etc. Access to talks, demo's, screenings etc, is based on first come
first served basis and room capacity. Please plan accordingly. Tickets are for
use at Dublin Vegfest 2023 only.A limited number of tickets may be available on
the day of the event at the door but can’t be guaranteed. The organiser reserves
rights of admission.

Children

Children are the sole responsibility of parents at all times. Please be aware of
your child's where abouts and keep them with you.Children under 12 go free. Each
adult ticket holder can bring a maximum of two children of up to 12 years old
per ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

People with disabilities

People with disabilities are welcome to head to the front of the entrance queue
and can be admitted a bit early. Please notify staff on the day.

The venue is a well maintained cricket area and indoor wodden floored marquee
spaces. The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Other

Please do not bring any of the following: alcohol, glass bottles, illegal
substances, weapons.

Please do not bring any animal products onto the site; this is a vegan event.

Companion animals / pets and other animals are not permitted on site, due to
health and safety reasons.Assistance dogs are welcome of course, as are their
human companions.Dublin Vegfest is a no smoking event. People are selling, and
enjoying food all day. Please go off site to smoke if needed.Re-admittance is
available throughout the event. Please see a member of staff on exit before
leaving the venue to gain re-admittance.

The published programme is subject to change and no refunds are possible in the
event of the lineup changing.

In the unlikely event of unavoidable cancellation (e.g. due to adverse weather),
we are unable to offer refunds for this event due to high up-front
non-returnable costs. In such an event a ticket can be used for a future event.

No unruly or offensive behaviour will be tolerated at any time and the event
management reserves the right to remove any such person who they deem to be
using offensive language or behaviour. The organiser reserves the right of
admission at all times.

If you wish to make a substantial video, audio or other recording at the event
for publication please contact the organiser at info@dublinvegfest.com. All
substantial recording at Dublin Vegfest intended for publication must be cleared
with the organiser.

By attending Dublin Vegfest it is understood, accepted that all attendees,
exhibitors, visitors, speakers and everyone at the Dublin Vegfest event may be
photographed, video recorded and appear in promotional photos, press media and
video published by the organiser without any prior consultation.

Please note tickets are non refundable and non transferable.

The promoter is unable to accept any liability for personal or property damages,
losses or injuries sustained at this event other than caused as a result of our
negligence.




FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the schedule for both days?


We have a packed program of talks, demonstartions and events over the weekend. A
Full schedule of events, talks, demos, performances will be available closer to
the date.

How do I get there? By bike, by bus, by car?


Leinster Cricket Club is conveniently located in Dublin 6. It is a ten minute
cycle from Dublin City Centre. Dublin bus lines 14, 15, 83, 140 serve the area
coming from city centre.

Where can I park my bike or car?


There is no on site car parking at the venue. To park your car, you can use
ample street parking available in the area or Swan centre car park. There are
multiple bike stands in the area. Please walk, cycle or use public transport
wherever possible.

Can kids come along?


Kids are welcome at Dublin Vegfest. Parents/guardians are solely responsible for
their children. Kids must be supervised at all times. Kids under 12 go free.
Each adult ticket holder can bring a maximum of two children of up to 12 years
old per ticket. Children under 16 must be come with an adult.

Paying by card / cash at the event?


Most if not all exhibitors will accept card payment but we highly recommend you
bring some cash as well. It’s always handy to bring some cash along. There is no

Will all the food be vegan?


Yes, absolutely. All food will be 100% vegan. You will most likely find other
dietary options (i.e. gluten free, raw, etc.). Enjoy!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?


Leinster Cricket Club is wheelchair accessible. Dublin Vegfest is a fully
outdoor event this year, so it should be noted that some areas may become
slippy. People with disabilities are welcome to head to the front of any
entrance queue and can be admitted a bit early.

Are there baby changing facilities in the venue?


Yes, there are baby changing facilities in the disabilities toilets. Map of the
event will be publicised here closer to the date.

Where can I pick up my reserved Supporter’s Goody Bag?


If you purchased a Supporter’s Goody bag or tote bag, you can stop by the Info
Point anytime from 11 a.m. – 5p.m. to pick it up.

Can I bring my dog?


Afraid not. The venue and the nature of the event (masses of people, heat, etc.)
are going to put your animal companion under too much stress. Assistant dogs are
welcome as well as their humans.

Can we bring in outside food or beverages?


Bringing a water bottle is fine; otherwise, food, beverages and more are for
sale inside. No glass bottles are permitted on the festival grounds.

What happens if it rains?


Dublin Vegfest is an outdoor event with indoor areas of wodden floored marquee
spaces — rain or shine! The event will continue as planned unless weather poses
a threat to the safety of our guests.

Can I film and record, audio or video at the event?


We are happy to see Vegfest shared in photo’s and short video clips across
attendees social channels. For those wishing to make substantial recordings or
