How will Moneypenny deal with members of our team if they're working remotely?
This isn't a problem whatsoever - we'll have a diary with all your colleagues'
names and numbers to hand. Call handling instructions can be tailored
differently for each employee; whether that's transferring calls to landlines or
mobiles, or sending messages immediately via email or SMS.
Am I tied into an ongoing contract? All of our smaller Telephone Answering and
Live Chat schemes (inclusive of 150 calls or chats and below) have a minimum
contract length of three months. Thereafter, we require one month's notice to
close your account from the date of your next invoice. Our larger schemes (250
calls or chats and above) require a six-month commitment and one month's notice.
How will you ensure our data is protected? With our secure and encrypted
network, we have all the necessary technical capabilities in place to ensure
your data remains safe whilst our team look after calls and chats off-site.
Does Moneypenny provide a 24-hour service? Yes. We can be on hand 24/7. Our
standard hours of service are 8.30am until 6.00pm, however for support outside
of these hours, talk to us about our evening, weekend and 24/7 solutions. Our
24-hour service ensures that your clients will always be able to get in touch
with a real person representing your business, whether it's a Sunday, 4.00am or
on Christmas Day.
How quickly can we be set up? Tell us what your timescales are and we'll do our
best to accommodate your needs. Typically, you'll be up and running within a
matter of days. We've lots of experience and will work through everything with
you step by step, liaising with your telecoms provider or web manager directly
if you wish.
