Atlas Home Support is a supported living facility situated in Cambridge, offering a 24 hour service for guests of 18 years of age and over. We have twelve independent two-bedroomed apartments which are unfurnished, allowing you the opportunity to recreate your ‘home from home’ by decorating your apartment with items of your choice. Situated in close proximity to the heart of Cambridge in our location of Woodlands Court, we are pleased to boast very close public transport links, as well as large and spacious gardens and a homely communal lounge. We dedicate our time to deliver a truly unique person-centred approach to ensure every tenant’s needs are understood and met with excellence and care. We host a variety of activities to suit our tenant’s individual needs, from cookery classes, house-keeping advice, personal shopping support to exercise classes and community volunteering initiatives. We have a dedicated activity coordinator who will focus on supporting our tenants with person centred activities, volunteering, course enrolment with a focus on making links with the local community. A community setting with opportunities for an active, supportive social life. On-site staff support to meet every tenant’s individual needs. Living accommodation where you can have your own tenancy for life if you so wish. OUR MISSION At Atlas Home Support, our mission is to help people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions to achieve greater independence – and we aim to achieve this by dedicating our time to getting to know our tenants’ individual needs. Our services cater for people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions from all age-groups. Woodlands Court comprises of 12 independent two-bedroom apartments and one single bedroom apartment all situated in one safe home staffed at all times by our expert care team. All tenants have access to a shared bathroom facility and a communal garden on site. Tenants are also free to personalise their own rooms or bring furniture from home if they so wish. JENNY WARD WOODLANDS COURT MANAGER Our manager and leader, Jenny Ward, is widely experienced in supporting people with various learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Under her management, we offer a service which is staffed 24 hours a day and geared at improving the lifestyle and independence of each of our tenants. CAREERS Do you care about other people?
