THE CLAIMS DEADLINE FOR THE $113 MILLION LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES ANTITRUST
LITIGATION HAS NOW PASSED.

Important Update

On May 2, 2023, the Court approved the following plan and schedule for
distribution of the settlement funds to class members: Order Approving Indirect
Purchaser Plaintiffs' Plan and Schedule of Distribution. At this time it is
expected that payments to Class Members will begin in the coming weeks.

On April 7, 2023, Counsel submitted a proposed distribution plan to the Court .
This plan lays out the schedule and the options for class members to receive
payment. While claims are no longer being accepted, class members should begin
receiving their payments in the coming weeks.

On November 16, 2022, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the one
objection related to the $113 million in settlements obtained in in the
Lithium-Ion Batteries Antitrust Litigation. The objector has until February 14,
2023 to file a petition asking the Supreme Court to review this decision. In the
meantime, Class Counsel is putting together a distribution plan for the Court,
and if no petition by the objector is filed, we hope to begin distribution of
the settlement funds as early as March 2023. Please continue to monitor this
website for updates. We appreciate your patience.
