WAS MACHST DU ALS VERKÄUFER/IN - KAUFMANN/KAUFFRAU IM EINZELHANDEL? 

Bei adidas steht die Kundschaft im Mittelpunkt.  
Durch unsere erstklassigen Produkte, die weltweite Präsenz unserer Marke und das
Fachwissen unserer Verkäufer/innen gestalten wir unserer Kundschaft ein
besonderes Einkaufserlebnis. 

Zu deinen wichtigsten Aufgabenbereichen gehören die Kundenberatung, das
Kennenlernen unseres adidas Sortiments und unserer Technologien, Kassiervorgänge
durchzuführen, sowie unsere Lagerprozesse zu verstehen. Im 3. Ausbildungsjahr
zum Kaufmann/-frau im Einzelhandel werden kaufmännische, steuernde und
betriebswirtschaftliche Komponenten vertieft und runden dein Profil ab.

WAS LERNST DU IN DER AUSBILDUNG? DU ... 

 * rotierst durch verschiedene Abteilungen des adidas Stores und sammelst
   wertvolle Praxiserfahrungen 

 * beschäftigst dich mit unseren Produkten und Technologien, wirkst bei der
   Warenpräsentation mit und lernst interne Kassiervorgänge kennen 

 * bist Ansprechpartner und Berater unserer Kunden in vielfältigen
   Beratungssituationen 

 * lernst die kaufmännischen Prozesse im Einzelhandel kennen und erhältst
   Einblick in die Lager- und Warenwirtschaft 

WAS KOMMT NACH DER AUSBILDUNG? 

Nach der Ausbildung hast du verschiedene Möglichkeiten dich bei adidas
weiterzuentwickeln. Ehemalige Auszubildende haben zum Beispiel noch eine
Weiterbildung zum Einzelhändler oder Handelsfachwirt gemacht und unterstützen
jetzt den Store in den unterschiedlichen Bereichen. Andere haben sich im Laufe
der Zeit zum Senior Sales Assistant oder Floormanager entwickelt. Das sind nur
einige von vielen weiteren Möglichkeiten, die du in Anschluss an die Ausbildung
hast.

WIE KANNST DU DICH BEWERBEN?

Anstatt des üblichen Anschreibens kannst du dich hierfür ganz individuell
vorstellen. Dabei sind deiner Kreativität keine Grenzen gesetzt, ob nun zum
Beispiel eine Präsentation, Märchen, Video oder Zeitungsinterview, wir wollen
dich näher und vor allem besser kennenlernen. Wichtig ist, dass es digital -
entweder als Anhang oder Link - verfügbar ist.  

 

Zusätzlich brauchen wir deinen Lebenslauf, sowie deine letzten beiden
Schulzeugnisse und ggf. weitere relevante Zertifikate und Bestätigungen. Bei zu
großen Dateien, füge einfach den Link zur Datei (z.B. Dropbox, YouTube) deinem
Lebenslauf hinzu.
