Who We Are Located in the heart of Oak Bluffs, the Martha’s Vineyard Camp Meeting Association (MVCMA) is a religious, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which furthers its mission in an area commonly known as The Campground, home of the colorful, renowned Gingerbread Cottages and the iconic iron Tabernacle. Here you will find a diverse and vibrant community that celebrates its historic and religious roots, dating back to the early 1800’s. A National Historic Landmark, the MVCMA has enriched the lives of generations of Islanders, Campgrounders, and countless visitors, through its many religious, cultural, and community programs.
