HOW TO WORK WITH THE DESKBIKE

Working with the Deskbike is very easy and fun! The strong, lightweight
construction is easy to move around your office. Alternate between standing,
cycling and sitting every half hour. The optimal position is the next one. The
Deskbike is used in combination with a sit-stand desk. The Deskbike is available
in three sizes: Small, for children and adults with a body height of 130 to 165
cm, medium for a body height of 165 to 185 cm and large for a body height of 185
to 215 cm.

I enjoy the desk bike, and, interesting side effect – I go for more real walks
outdoors since the desk bike arrived. That doubles the advantage of having it.
It is different from biking as I have a more upright position, use less power
for pressing my legs down. This gentle biking is not only good for the
legs/blood circulation/staying warm but also provides gentle movements for the
(lower) back. I recommend it. I also like that it is easy to push back when I

I just ordered a standing desk. So I don't know yet how the deskbike works in
combination with a desk. But ... until the desk arrives I use my desk bike in
the living room. If I want to watch a TV program, I regularly cycle. That works
out fine.

home-options. Everyone was very helpful there, especially Roy. I decided on the
small electric Sit Stand Study Desk with the Mid Oak top and the Medium Desk
Bike. It is now November and I could not be happier with my purchase. Everything
arrived quickly and the directions were clear. No problems putting everything
together. This furniture is well made, very sturdy, and I can see them lasting
for many years. Best of all it fits in the small corner of the bedroom and my
clients cannot see it is my bedroom since I can face the webcam towards the
wall. When I am done with work I just tuck it back in the corner out of the way.

work. The deskbike combined staying fit, and focused perfectly! It is a nice
combination with the fit disc-Balance board. In my small home office, I can
bike, sit, balance, stand, and stay focus for hours. I love it! Eventually, I
needed a smaller seat for the med. bike. It was sent quickly. The customer
service is superb!
