Complete Plan
Everything has been great so far. I decided to try the powder + pills combo and
I'm glad I did. It gives me the option to try different recipes with the powder

So far so good!
The Starter Plan
I’ve only been taking these a short while, but so far my experience has been
positive! The pills do have a strong scent (my gag reflex isn’t that strong, but
these activated it!), so don’t be like me and DO keep the included scented
packet (I threw mine out thinking I wouldn’t need it. Oops!). I especially like
that I can split the dose up between 3 meals or just take them all at once on
the days I forget to do that.

When I got deep into the weeds on what your probiotic should actually contain I
realized that the prenatal probiotic I was taking didn't meet the mark. I was so

Living in the north I often need to use additional vitamin d on top of my multi

Transition to a Powder Prenatal
Complete Plan (Multi Powder+Omega Capsules)
I was daunted by transitioning from a pill to a powder prenatal, since it seems
like you have to plan a meal/snack around it each day. I do prefer the powder in
a smoothie, but have found it is also okay to just put quickly into oat milk to
drink if I'm short on time. The flavor is nice but does overpower flavors in
things like oatmeal. Very glad to be getting the nutrients though, especially
the choline.

am a sucker for water bottles - so this purchase was a no brainer! I also love
