I was looking to have them moved within a couple days from the date I called. I worked with Matt at A Friend a Truck Movers. I called on a Saturday and he was able to get my move scheduled for the next day and work within the budget I had planned. When they arrived, they were very efficient and timely in moving the items from the house to the truck and getting them to their final destination. They were fun, friendly, and made the best of a bad situation. They moved all of her boxes, plants, and heavy furniture up 7 floors worth of stairs, in a cramped stairwell, in just 2 hours. 147 stairs, multiple times. I was looking to have them moved within a couple days from the date I called. I worked with Matt at A Friend a Truck Movers. I called on a Saturday and he was able to get my move scheduled for the next day and work within the budget I had planned. When they arrived, they were very efficient and timely in moving the items from the house to the truck and getting them to their final destination. These guys faced multiple obstacles with our move, mattress weighs a ton, screws stripped out on the furniture, and it was 100° during the whole process. They fixed my bed (carpet installers had left some assembly off when they rebuilt it and stripped out some bolts) moved everything and did so without damaging anything! The 4 guys that “drew the short straw” were amazing. They were fun, friendly, and made the best of a bad situation. They moved all of her boxes, plants, and heavy furniture up 7 floors worth of stairs, in a cramped stairwell, in just 2 hours. 147 stairs, multiple times.
