Congratulations on making it to the next step in our employment process!

The assessment you are about to take has been developed to identify talents
within you. This assessment will in no way constitute the total basis for
hiring. The assessment will merely serve as one of the tools in helping us
evaluate your strengths in relation to this position.

Please note in taking the "Achiever II" you will need to allow approximately one
and one half hours for completion. Make every effort to ensure you are not
distracted or otherwise involved during this process. Be sure to have paper and
pencil or pen available for note taking during the assessment.

We encourage you to answer the questions as rapidly and honestly as possible. It
is important to be candid and direct when answering the questions to ensure the
best possible outcome.
