Our kitchen was always dark and non functional with an awkward design and zero
storage. Daniel completely reimagined it and solved all the issues that I never
thought could be addressed while repurposing many items to keep costs down. He
was conscious of our needs and our budget. He did an amazing job and I highly

Daniel was absolutely amazing at every phase of the project—from design, to
planning, through execution. He creatively utilized the space we had,
practically reused what we could to save on costs, and suggested new things we
never knew we couldn’t live without. He turned our poorly layed-out, short on
storage, kitchen into something completely fresh and new—with more storage space
that I ever imagined possible. It’s a joy to cook in and has become my favorite
room in the house. We were so impressed with the remodel that we’ve hired him to
redo our master bath next year.

DEZINE INC IS INCREDIBLE! I am a real estate agent who recently acquired a lease
listing in the Hollywood Dell area. It is a charming late 20’s Spanish
architecture, formerly the dance studio of Fred Astaire. When I got the listing
the property had been neglected by the previous tenant. The garden was
completely dead and dried up, the interior of the house needed a complete
refresh, overall the property and landscaping needed some love and Dan of DEZINE
INC was the man for the project. Dan is very attentive and has an EXCELLENT eye
for details, he even caught things that I didn’t notice about the property and
took care of it right away. His design aesthetic and expertise far surpass
anyone else I’ve dealt with in this line of work. It’s refreshing to work with
someone who is both budget and environmentally conscious. DEZINE INC certainly
delivers what they promise AND more. I will ALWAYS hire them for any up coming

We hired Dan from Dezine Inc to assist with many aspects of our new home. We
recently downsized from a large home into a 3,000 square foot townhome. We were
reluctant at first because of the long distance - we live outside of Manhattan
and Dan is located in Los Angeles. He had shared with us several other long
distance projects he had completed so we felt confident he could make this work.
His use of technology allowed us to keep a very efficient process throughout the
entire job. My wife and I needed help with selecting furniture, rugs, lighting,
fabric selection/draperies, paint colors, moldings and more. Dan was intimately
involved is the interior layout and design of almost every room in the house. He
continually asked all the right questions and carefully listened to ensure we
would be happy with the final results. Best of all, my wife and I both work so
he was able to streamline the process, and keep us on budget while respecting
the timeline we created to turn our house into the home we now love. His
creative talents and vision always took the ordinary and made it exceptional. We
have worked with other interior designers in the past and we were pleasantly

landscaping to drought resistant. We were worried because most of the
landscaping we were seeing we did not like. It felt like someone just threw some

Last year I decided that my green lawn needed to be replaced with a water-wise
alternative. Dan had just completed my neighbor's front yard and I asked him to
do mine as well. Now that it is complete, it looks totally different from my
neighbor's. This is of course because my neighbor and I have different taste.
For her, he designed a water-wise front yard that is romantic and rustic,
whereas for me, he created something contemporary and geometric. Same designer,
two very different designs. It looks great, and passers-by have complimented me
on the design on more than one occasion. Dan really listened to my needs and
preferences, and ran the operation perfectly.

The services I've been rendered have been impeccably professional and
thrillingly creative -- and, not for nothing, extremely patient as well when
I've been indecisive or just too busy to pursue certain things with focus. I
think I would be foolish, in the future, to undertake anything with my house,

loft renovation! Daniel provided drawings at the beginning - and they absolutely
blew me away. I live in a downtown loft, with the typical storage problems -

a house that needed a new lift on life. We did everything from changing the
pitch of the roof to installing new floors and everything in between. We also
