If you have been involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident or have been hurt on the
job, we are here to assist you in receiving rehabilitative care. Allow our

 * We accept the following Insurance Carriers:  Car Accidents with Personal
   Injury Protection, Work related injuries (L&I), Amazon, WA Teamsters Union,
   TPSC Washington Fire Comm Group, and CHPWA - Community Health Plan of
   Washington through Apple Health (Medicaid). 
 * We are currently out of network with Regence Blue Shield. We are limited on
   our First Choice and Kaiser SEBB bookings. However, you are always welcome to
   book as a wellness/maintenance client for your massage care.
 * Billing Massage Therapy Requires a diagnosis code from a Doctor, Naturopath,
   Chiropractor, Physicians Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner. We can help you
   get this!
 * Medicare and Tricare do not cover massage therapy by a Massage Therapist only
   a Physical Therapist. We offer discounts to our insurance rates and pay at
   time of service discounts with no contracts for services that aren't covered
   by insurance.

started. We can check your benefits to see if you have coverage AND help contact
a provider you have seen within the past 30 days to help obtain a prescription
in order for you to receive care at UTB! We look forward to being an active part
