WHAT DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO USE TRUSTLY?

To use Trustly you need to have a private bank account that is eligible for bank
transfers. Your available balance can’t be on a line of credit from the bank and
your bank account must be in the local currency.


I CAN’T GET IT TO WORK, HOW COME?

Most often this is due to the fact that you haven’t confirmed the email used for
your PayPal account. If you’re new to PayPal, check your email inbox and confirm
your email in the message you received from us. Otherwise, go to settings, and
click confirm next to your email address to prompt us to send you a new
confirmation message.

But if your bank isn’t on the list of Trustly-served banks, you unfortunately
won’t be able to use this service. You can always top up your PayPal account
with a standard bank transfer instead.


IS TRUSTLY SECURE?

Trustly is a licensed payment institution authorized and supervised by the
Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. We hold a European Payment Services
Provider (PSP) license in accordance with the Payment Services Directive (PSD,
2007/64/EC). In the US, we’re state regulated as required to serve our target

You don’t have to register to use Trustly and we never store any information

CAN’T FIND YOUR BANK?

If your bank is not yet listed, you won’t be able to use Trustly to top up your
account.

You can always top up through a regular bank transfer. Log in to your PayPal
account, click “Transfer money” and choose “Add money to your balance” and
follow the instructions. A regular bank transfer typically takes 1-2 business
days depending on your bank.
