CUSTOMIZE YOUR STUDENT DASHBOARD

We are thrilled to introduce this new feature, which allows Super Admins to
customize the student dashboard!

Personalize Your Student Dashboard: We understand that every educational journey
is unique, and your dashboard should reflect that. With our new customization
feature, you have the power to decide which elements take center stage on your
student dashboard. Whether it's upcoming deadlines, notices, or event
notifications, you're in control!

Arrange Elements Your Way: But that's not all! Not only can you choose what
appears on your dashboard, but you can also arrange these elements in the order
that matters most to you. Your education, your priorities – your dashboard, your
rules!

To access this feature, Super Admins should navigate to the Organizational
Settings and proceed to the User Portal tab. From there, you can simply select
the "Customize Student Dashboard" option to begin tailoring the dashboard to
suit the needs of your students.

NEW FEATURES TO ENHANCE QUIZ FUNCTIONALITY IN THE LMS!

We are thrilled to share the new features we released to enhance the quiz
functionality in the LMS module!

Question Randomization: Say goodbye to predictable quizzes! We're excited to
introduce the option to display questions in a random order. With this new
feature, every student will encounter a unique sequence of questions, adding an
extra layer of fairness and challenge to your assessments. It ensures that no
two quizzes are alike, promoting individual thinking and reducing the
possibility of relying on others' responses.







Hide Question-Answers in Student Results: Maintaining the integrity of your
quizzes is of utmost importance, and we've got you covered. We're introducing
the ability to hide question-answers in student results. This feature allows you
to prevent students from accessing the correct answers after completing the
quiz. It's a valuable tool to maintain fairness and prevent potential academic
dishonesty.









Quiz Retakes: But that's not all! We are also introducing Quiz Retakes, a
powerful feature that promotes continuous improvement and personalized learning.
With Quiz Retakes, learners have the opportunity to deepen their understanding
by retaking quizzes. Also, teachers have the option to customize the number of
retakes allowed for the students. This flexible feature empowers students to
focus on areas of improvement, track their progress, and ultimately achieve
mastery.

These new features are designed to empower you with enhanced flexibility and
control, enriching the quiz-taking experience for your students!

NEW MODULES MENU

We are happy to announce the revamping of the modules menu! Starting from April
24th 2023 AEST, we'll be rolling out the brand new Modules Menu ! It's designed
to take you on a journey, mirroring the typical student experience in an
educational institution, right from the admission process to graduation and
beyond.

Also, the modules were organised into different sections to match the different
roles and responsibilities of school administrators, making it easier for them
to find what they need. Plus, we've included some helpful videos and product
tours to help everyone get up to speed in no time.

Here's a quick snapshot of the new modules menu. We can't wait for you to try it
out!

ENABLE/DISABLE CLASS, SECTION AND SUBJECTS

We have now released the feature to Enable or Disable Class, Section and
Subjects for Academic Sessions. This will essentially allow you to customize the
Class, Section and Subject offerings for each of your Academic Session.

To use this feature, just go to an Academic Session in the Manage Academics
page.



From there, you can now select which Class, Section or Subjects you want to
disable.
