              LA360:<br><br>The LA360 is an assessment that will provide leaders with a comparison of their self-assessment of leadership action drivers and behaviors to an assessment made by people close to their everyday leadership that they
              nominate to provide feedback.<br><br>As a nominated rater, your responses are pooled together with those of other raters to create a 360-degree evaluation of the present performance of the leader you have been asked to assess. These
              pooled assessment results will be summarized in a report provided to the leader. <br><br>Your responses are confidential. In order to ensure anonymity of raters, leaders were encouraged to nominate 3 or more raters in each category. If
              there is only one or two in a category, those results will only be provided when combined with all raters. The only exception to the above is the manager category. The managers should be aware that their results will be graphed and
              scale scores reported even if there are fewer than 3 managers. This is because most employees do not report to more than one manager.</font>

Thank you for your time to complete the Leadership Action 360 Feedback survey
(LA360) for STEVEN BEAUREGARD.

The LA360 should take about 20-30 minutes to complete.

What you need to know about the LA360:

The LA360 is an assessment that will provide leaders with a comparison of their
