remaining fees after receipt of the cancellation or change notice. NOTE: If you
do not attend RSA Conference and did not cancel or change your registration but
have paid your registration fee, you will not be refunded.

Please remember that canceling or changing your registration will not
automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements, if
applicable. Individuals are solely responsible for canceling their own hotel and
travel reservations. RSA Conference takes no responsibility for any damages,
costs, or losses should you cancel or change your registration or if RSA
Conference is cancelled.

An individual registrant may make a substitution at any time for an additional
one-time $25 fee. Please see the Substitution Policy below for details.

RSA Conference Organizer may cancel your registration at any time for
convenience. Upon such cancellation for convenience by RSA Conference Organizer,
RSA Conference Organizer shall refund any fees previously paid under this
Contract.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original
registrant. Written requests for substitutions will only be considered by email
to rsac.registration.help@info.rsaconference.com. Please note:

 * Individual substitutions are only allowed with the written permission of the
   original registrant.
 * The substituted individual must also be from the same organization as the
   cancelled registrant.
 * A maximum of one (1) substitution per original registrant is allowed.
 * There will be a $25 processing fee for any substitution.

VISA REQUIREMENTS/INVITATION LETTER
It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you require
an entry visa, you must allow sufficient time for the visa application
procedure. Your registration details might be shared with the immigration
authorities to assist in the immigration process. However, RSA Conference will
not contact embassies and consulates on your behalf.

To receive an invitation letter for RSA Conference, you must first register and
pay the registration fees in full. You will have the option to request an
invitation letter during the registration process. Also note that invitation
letters are only issued to Full Conference attendees and exhibitors.

If you are not granted a visa, the registration fees will be reimbursed (less a
$25 administrative fee) if, and only if, you provide
rsac.registration.help@info.rsaconference.com with an official document from
local immigration authorities, showing the visa rejection and that the
application was made at least one month (May 6, 2022) before RSA Conference.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK OF COVID-19
You understand that participation in events and travel to and around San
Francisco will increase your risk of exposure to, and contraction of,
communicable diseases, bacteria, agents and viruses such as COVID-19. Regarding
COVID-19, you acknowledge and understand that COVID-19 is a highly contagious
and dangerous disease that spreads easily through person-to-person contact. You
further acknowledge and accept that participating in RSAC carries with it
certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to
avoid such risks, that there is presently no known way to provide complete
protection from the virus, and that you could contract COVID-19 even while RSAC
has taken reasonable steps to prevent the risk of transmission of COVID-19. In
participating in RSAC, you assume these risks and agree to release and hold
harmless RSAC and RSA Security LLC, the facilities, their employees and
representatives of and from any damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, claims
and expenses arising from the contraction or spread of COVID-19, due to your
travel to, from, or participation in any aspect of RSAC. This agreement is
binding on you and on your successors and heirs.

AGE LIMITATION
All attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend RSA Conference, and all
related events, including all evening events.

PHOTO ID
For all onsite passes: A government issued photo ID is required to collect RSA
Conference credentials/badges. Photocopies and electronic copies are not
considered an acceptable form of ID.

CREDENTIAL/BADGE CONTROL
RSA Conference-issued credentials are the sole property of RSA Conference
Organizer and must be surrendered upon demand to RSA Conference and/or RSA
Conference Organizer representatives.

For onsite/physical pass holders, RSA Conference-issued credentials must be
prominently displayed while at RSA Conference or designated off-site
activities. Badge swapping and/or sharing is strictly prohibited. Any attendee
found using another attendee’s badge or loaning out their badge to another
individual will have the badge confiscated and will be removed from the premises
without refund.

False certification of an individual as an exhibitor’s representative, misuse of
an exhibitor’s badge, or any other method or device used to assist unauthorized
personnel to gain admittance to the exhibit floor (Expo), will be just cause for
expelling the exhibitor and his representative(s) from the exhibit floor and/or
banning them from future entrance into the Expo. This would also warrant the
removal of the exhibitor’s booth from the floor without obligation on the part
of RSA Conference Organizer for refund of any fees. The exhibitor, his/her
employees and agents, and anyone claiming to be in the hall through the
exhibitor, waives any rights or claims for damages arising out of the
enforcement of this rule.

For all Digital Pass holders:

Please note: Login credential swapping and/or sharing is strictly prohibited.
Any attendee suspected or found using another attendee’s login credentials or
loaning out their credentials to another individual will have their credentials
revoked without refund.

SHARING YOUR CONTACT DATA WHEN SCANNING YOUR BADGE
You may be asked to scan your badge by event association partners (who host
seminars, tutorials, or trainings the week of Conference), exhibitors, and/or
sponsors for the purposes of conducting business and marketing communications
regarding their own products or services. If you agree to have your badge
scanned, you are agreeing to allow RSA Conference to share your contact data
with the third parties that scanned your badge. At this point, you will be
subject to the third party’s communications and privacy practices. If you wish
to opt-out or exercise any appliable privacy rights you may have regarding these
third-party communications, you must exercise those rights directly with those
third parties. Note that scanning your badge is optional and you may refuse.

With respect to session rooms, scanning of your badge is required in order to
use the “reserve a seat” option and to receive a session entry in the session
attendance report.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO, AND VIDEO RECORDING
RSA Conference is held in a public space, therefore RSA Conference
Organizer does not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news
organizations or other companies from photographing RSA Conference
activities. You may be photographed or videotaped while attending the event. You
agree and accept that such photographs or videos of you may be used for future
RSA Conference marketing materials. No remuneration will be provided for use of
your image.

Video and audio recording of our content is strictly prohibited unless you have
obtained express written consent from RSA Conference.

Recording Disclaimer for Digital participation: By participating digitally, you
agree and accept to allow RSA Conference, its affiliates, agents, and licensees
to record your avatar, likeness, voice, and/or username and to own, license,
assign, and use the same (or any portion) in the production, exhibition, and
promotion of the event, RSAC products and services without compensation, in any
media and on any platform now known or hereafter devised (including the
Internet) throughout the universe in perpetuity. You waive the right to bring
action of any kind in law or equity against RSAC.

SOLICITING DURING THE CONFERENCE
Suitcasing, outboarding guerilla marketing or similar marketing tactics
are prohibited at RSA Conference. RSA Conference Organizer reserves the right in
its sole discretion to remove any individual from RSA Conference who is reported
to be soliciting during Conference and who is not a RSA Conference sponsor
or exhibitor. RSA Conference Organizer encourages attendees to support the
paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. RSA
Conference Organizer also encourages you not to listen to a sales pitch from a
non-sponsor or exhibitor.

DRONES
The use of Drones/Unmanned Aircrafts (“UAV”) is strictly prohibited at all
times throughout the entire Venue and the adjacent areas outside of the Venue.
UAV’s are devices that are used or intended to be used for flight in the air
with no onboard pilot (either controlled manually or through an autopilot using
a data link to connect the pilot to the UAV).

UNAUTHORIZED INTERCEPTION OF DIGITAL DATA
Any unauthorized effort to intercept digital data is strictly prohibited.
Examples of this are:

 * Collecting electronically transmitted data without consent of the owner of
   that data.

 * Collecting electronically transmitted data with consent of the data owner,
   but under fictitious pretenses.

This includes but is not limited to the following technologies used when
collecting data under deceptive or nonconsensual means:

 * RFID/radio-frequency identification

 * NFC/Near-field communication

 * Bluetooth wireless technology

 * WI-FI technology

ADMITTANCE
In its sole discretion and without refund, RSA Conference Organizer reserves the
right to refuse admittance to or expel from RSA Conference anyone
that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive
to RSA Conference or any other attendee.

It is the policy of RSA Conference to, where applicable, provide any technology
and/or event related services in accordance with all applicable laws within the
United States and in other jurisdictions where it conducts business. As such,
RSA Conference may prohibit any attendee, company, or individual registering
from a restricted country or territory from event registration. All decisions
are in RSA Conference’s sole discretion and shall be considered final.
