Jeff and Christine Bender have partnered with Randy and Julie Reno of Wright
Contracting Services Inc. to bring Water’s Edge Event Center to Warsaw KY. In
2021, Randy and Julie purchased a home in Warsaw with a view of the Ohio River
for a weekend summer getaway. Once all the renovations were completed, they
realized that they loved it enough to sell their home in Union, KY and make
Warsaw their year-round primary residence. 

The Bender’s and Reno’s are excited to bring this new venue to Warsaw. The
property was purchased in 2019 and construction began in April 2024 with planned
completion near year end! 

The property, located in Warsaw KY, is a hidden gem in a small KY county with a
beautiful view of the Ohio River and Julie’s Pond. 

Hotels, shopping, and many other conveniences are not far away, in Florence IN,
Union and Florence, KY, Louisville, KY and Cincinnati Ohio, so come early and
stay late. We’ve got you covered!
