     MANAGER AND PROCEDURES WERE POOR
     
     I called the day before we were to arrive to request early check it(this is
     what the website said to do). They said I would have first priority and to
     show the staff my request on the app. When I arrived the manager was rude
     and said they did not take early check in and the people who arrived before
     me and asked took priority-even though this was on my app and I have the
     telephone call to the agency to prove it.

     POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMMUNICATION
     
     Overall the hotel was very nice, aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The
     continental breakfast was horrible. We were not made aware upon check in
     that the ice machine was broken and if you exit to the back stairs you will
     be locked out and have to walk all the way down stairs and through the
     whole parking lot just to get back to the lobby. My wife got locked out and
     she is 7 months pregnant and needed to walk all this just because it was
     not told to us nor were there signs stating this would happen.

     Fairfield Inn and Suites is a beautiful contemporary hotel, with sleek
     design furniture and modern abstract pictures dotted around walls. It's a
     relaxing place to stay, with comfortable lounges to sit in. Bedroom has all
     the required amenities, towels, relaxing shower girls, hair dryer and lots
     of sockets available to charge all devices. I would stay here again should

     This is a great location if you're visiting Boston. The hotel has all the
     amenities you would need. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Close

     GET THE BREAKFAST BUFFET UP TO PAR
     
     The free breakfast only offered PORK MEAT not everyone eats pork so there
