HOW DO I FIND MY REFERENCE NUMBER?

A reference number is a 10-character code that is assigned every purchase. You
can see it both on the receipt page in the web shop (if you bought the ticket
there) and in the receipt email you receive when you make a purchase. Can’t find
it? Try one of the following steps:

 1. Check in MyTickster
    
    For every purchase you make, where an email address is provided, a
    MyTickster account has been created for you. Using this account, you can
    track your previous purchases and easily find purchased tickets and other
    valuables.

 2. Search your mailbox
    
    Whether you bought the ticket via the web shop or in another way, you should
    have received a receipt sent to your e-mail address. The sender is normally
    "Tickster" but can also be the organizer's name. Do not forget to look in
    the spam and trash in case the email ended up there by mistake.

 3. Contact Ticket Support
    
    Our customer service can help you locate your purchase. You can reach us by
    phone or email. Remember to include as much information as possible in your
    email to make it easier for us. Examples of information which enables us to
    help you faster are:
    
    * What event did you buy tickets for and when will it take place?
    * When did you make the purchase?
    * What email address did you enter when you made the purchase?
    * Phone number (if we need to contact you for more information)
