This was an approved friendly Phishing exercise by QPS Cyber Security. To help you learn how to identify and report phishing attacks, please read this awareness message. To ensure our records reflect that you have understood this message, please follow the instructions to report this phishing email and then click the 'Click to Acknowledge & Exit' button at the end. This type of phish is known as a Link Based Attack. The email is designed to tempt the recipient into clicking the malicious link. Here are somethings to watch out for: Check the sending email address. Is it a legitimate domain? Were you expecting this email? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hover over the link to see the URL destination. Does it match up with a legitimate site? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Always check the tone of the email. This email triggers an emotional response that gets you to act fast. It could be a potential scam. * Unknown Sender. The domain is not a QPS domain, or a government domain (.gov.au) * If you Google 'onlinedocshare.com' you will see the domain doesn't exist. * Scammers will do their best to make the email look legitimate from Australia Post by using their logo, icons & colors. * If you hover over the hyperlinks you will see the it points to onlinedocshare.com * The Internal Caution Banner is telling you that the message orginated from outside your domain - be wary. * It's a parcel arrival notice that you are not familiar with. * If you hover over the 'Tracking No.' or any other links in the email - they do not point to Australia Post instead they all point to 'onlinedocshare.com' * No proper signature in the email. Please report this friendly phishing email and other suspicious emails by following these instructions: Highlight the email and click on "Report Message" in the Outlook toolbar.
