Everyone that's been commenting on the recent update has pretty much said it
all. I used to have no problems checking on my account & seeing the preview of
accounts without the need to login, but the update has seen those features
disappear. I can't login on the app with my biometrics or my credentials which
are being entered correctly. I changed it in case I'm the problem, but still not
working, nor am I able to look at my accounts quickly. With all due respect, fix
the app properly, please.

Luckily, my phone is still new enough that it's still supported. However, every
time the app updates, the shortcut on my home screen disappears! When you
combine this bug with the rather frequent updates, it's pretty annoying to have
to find the app in the full app list and add it back to its folder almost every
time I want to use it. I also wish the statements had a more
mobile-friendly/responsive design instead of just being PDFs designed to print.

I am on mobile. Samsung Galaxy S8. As of the update on 11/7/24, the Discover app
is "no longer compatible with my device". The app won't even let me log in at
all to an older version to check my account. It requires the update to function.
I find it extremely discouraging that Discover's only solution is to purchase a
new, more up to date device in order to use their app. This is extremely
inconsiderate of your customers.
