Vendor Kit



Stay informed on best-in-class vendors that are servicing the BCBS System.  We
will offer vendor kits while we reimagine what the BCBS National Summit and
future gatherings look like.

 How does it work?

 1. Sign up to receive a Vendor Kit.
 2. During sign-up you will provide the address you want the vendor kit to be
    shipped to.
 3. Following sign-up you will receive confirmation that a kit is coming your
    way.
 4. Your kit will be mailed to the address you provide.
 5. Once you receive your kit, feel free to reach out to the vendors directly –
    using the information they provide in the kit.

Important: Vendors will receive a list of names of those who receive a kit.
Vendors will not receive your shipping address or email address.
