We exercise reasonable effort to ensure the product arrives in good condition.
However, if an item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered,
please email us to discuss on the return options within seven (7) working days
of receipt of the product.

To make a return, please drop us an email at eshop.sg@tissotwatches.com

Please note that returns are not accepted to our physical stores and customized
products are not eligible for return.

You will not be charged for shipping costs for return of watches. However, for
returns of straps, shipping cost will be at your expense. We will not be able to
accept liability for lost or damaged returns.

With Tissot Singapore, delivery is free for all purchases of $320 or above made
to Singapore. For orders below $320, a delivery charge of $15 is applicable. If

Tissot Singapore offers SingPost Delivery:

 * Your purchase is delivered by SingPost usually within 1 to 3 working days.

All orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding Public
