THE COST OF HEALTH CARE PROVISION HAS SKYROCKETED IN RECENT YEARS. THE COVID-19
PANDEMIC SAW A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN COST OF MEDICAL CONSUMABLES AS WELL AS
ADMINISTRATIVE AND PRACTICE MANAGEMENT PROCESSES.
HOWEVER, OUR PRIORITY REMAINS PROVIDING OUR COMMUNITY WITH FIRST CLASS
HEALTHCARE AT THE HIGHEST STANDARDS. TO DO SO, WE NEED TO ENSURE OUR CLINIC
REMAINS SUSTAINABLE.
FROM 1ST JANUARY 2023 – BULK BILLING CEASED. A REDUCED CONSULTATION FEE IS
CHARGED FOR CONCESSION CARD HOLDERS AND CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE.

We have a select number of appointments available each day for more urgent
medical matters. They are used for those who are acutely unwell, requiring
timely medical assessment and attention. These appointments are for existing GP
patients of the practice only.
Our reception desk is staffed from 8:00am Monday – Friday. Consultations start
from 8:30am. If you require an urgent, on the day appointment please call
reception from 8:00am.
COVID-19
Masks are no longer mandatory in GP Practices. However, we do need to ensure
that we remain vigilant with respiratory symptom screening, hand hygiene and
social distancing. Anyone experiencing any respiratory symptoms will be offered
a telehealth consultation in the first instance. If your GP advises you to
attend our practice in person for further assessment, we do kindly ask you to
wear a mask when attending.
