For many New Yorkers, tax day isn't a day to celebrate but advocates in New York
state used the day to call for higher taxes on the highest earners here in the
Empire State.

Michael Kink, the executive director of Strong Economy for All, joined Capital
Tonight on Tax Day to talk about tax revenue and spending priorities.
