     A Financial insurance company is looking to understand the following tied
     to how you are managing shipping expenses:
     
     1. How are you achieving cost savings or reducing expenses tied to
     shipping?
     
     2. Do you have any suppliers using your preferred shipping account versus
     using their own method?
     
     a. If yes, how do you identify which categories or suppliers are good
     candidates (ex. IT Hardware, Print) to use your shipping account and how
     has the process worked?
     
     3. Is Shipping and handling costs being covered in contract language?
     
     4. Do you have a tolerance threshold limit set into your procurement
     system?
     
     5. Do you have any approvals required for use of same day or next day
     shipping?
     
     a. What title level would need to provide approval for that to take place?
     
     b. What categories/goods are allowed to be shipped in a more expediated
     method in your organization?
     
     6. What percent of shipments do you have that are freight vs. air?
     
     7. What percent is your total shipping cost to the cost of items?
