Unit was not fully refurbished. It has issues shutting off. The rest of it
seems to work fine. I reached out and they just wanted to do some trouble
shooting instead of exchanging them out which I found a bit frustrating
seeing as I had just open the package. I didn't bother with it their
suggestions in just dealing with it. I know it's refurbished but I think Bose
should just exchange them out.

The battery life is very low compared to the 20 hours advertised. I get less
than 5 hours after all night charge. I guess that is how refurbished are
supposed to be? Bose has high quality products, because the headphones are
comfortable. Not a positive experience, but not negative either.

Tried to purchase the refurbished Bose 700s. Seller did not include my unit
number on the shipping label. Seller uses UPS who is notorious for not
working with customers on shipped items. Even though I tried to update the
shipping address through UPS, UPS still returned to Seller. Seller did not
contact me after 2 attempts at communication. Refunded my purchase amount
with no contact. Deal is over and unable to repurchase. Whoever runs the Bose
account on eBay might need a review after this.

Bought a set of refurbished Bose 700 ANC headphones. One of the ear cups was
broken. I first wasted a bunch of time trying to get help from bose support
and square trade/allstate. Eventually bose ebay people agreed to send me a
replacement but its going to take 3+ weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. If I
wanted the headset in 3 weeks time I would have bought it then.

During past year
We had distortion in our headphones that could not be diagnosed on the phone.
Bose offered to replace them, but it's been almost a month since we mailed
them to Bose. Poor communication on their part. They get a positive for their
product but a negative for follow-up. Result: Neutral.
