REDZED CONNECT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document sets out the terms and conditions for RedZed Connect and RedZed
App (together called “RedZed Services”). RedZed Connect is a service that allows
you to obtain information about your Accounts and facilitate redraw requests.

You must read this document carefully. Your access to and use of RedZed Services
is confirmation of your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By using
RedZed Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We may change these Terms and Conditions by giving you notice (if required) or
by posting information about the change on our website (www.redzed.com).


PART 1 - REDZED CONNECT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1ABOUT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your use of RedZed Services must be in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are separate to the terms and conditions governing
your Account. The terms and conditions governing your Account are set out in
your Loan Terms and Conditions Booklet.

1.2WHAT IS REDZED CONNECT AND REDZED APP?

RedZed Connect and RedZed App are services provided by Us which enables a User
to make enquiries and access e-statements for your Accounts using a Customer ID
and secure password on a computer or mobile device with Internet Access and
approved browser software or operating software.

1.3WHAT CAN AND CAN’T YOU DO USING REDZED CONNECT AND REDZED APP?

Users can use RedZed Services to:

 * obtain the balance of an Account;
 * enquire about transactions on an Account;
 * download previous Account statements;
 * confirm the next payment amount in respect of an Account (other than for an
   Interest Only Account);
 * confirm the date the next payment in respect of an Account is due; and
 * enquire on details of your Account.
 * request a redraw

You cannot:

 * Make additional payments to your loan account;
 * Make payments or transfer to another account or party (including via redraw);
 * Make purchases;
 * Change repayments.

1.4CURRENCY OF INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY OF REDZED CONNECT AND REDZED APP

We will use our best endeavours to keep all information available via RedZed
Connect and RedZed App up to date, however, you acknowledge that information
available on RedZed Connect and RedZed App may not always be up to date. If you

1.5SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION OF YOUR ACCESS

 1. We may suspend, withdraw or cancel access to RedZed Connect or RedZed App at
    any time without prior notice for any reason including if we reasonably
    believe:
    a. that someone other than the User is accessing RedZed Connect or RedZed
       App;
    b. there has been fraudulent use of a RedZed Service;
    c. your CustomerID or Password has been compromised;
    d. there has been unsatisfactory account operation or
    e. non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions
    f. We may also suspend, withdraw or cancel access to a RedZed Service at any
       time to comply with laws including anti-money laundering and counter
       terrorism financing laws;
    g. You may end your use of RedZed Connect at any time by contacting our
       Client Services Team on the contact details set out in clause 2.4
    h. You may end your use of RedZed App at any time by deleting the
       application from your Mobile Device.

1.6ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

RedZed Connect

 1. As a browser-based service, you do not need any special software other than
    a compatible browser to sign-into RedZed Connect. Please contact our Client
    Services Team if you require further information on compatible browsers.
 2. We may also offer an application that can be used to access RedZed Connect
    using a Mobile Device. Please contact our Client Services Team if you
    require further information on supported operating systems for Mobile
    Devices.
 3. It is your responsibility to ensure that any Electronic Equipment required
    to use RedZed Connect is available to you and working properly.
 4. You must also protect the security of the Electronic Equipment including by
    maintaining Electronic Equipment with up-to-date antivirus, antimalware,
    firewall software and operating system .

RedZed App

 1. To use RedZed App you must download it from the App Store for iPhone only or
    Google PlayTM for Android phones
 2. Ensure you meet operating system requirements on the App Store or Google
    Play.
 3. You must also protect the security of the Mobile Device including by
    maintaining the Mobile Device with up-to-date antivirus, antimalware,
    firewall software and operating system.

1.7ACCESS TO REDZED SERVICES

 a. RedZed Services may not be available at all times due to scheduled or
    unscheduled outages or due to factors beyond our control.
 b. You may not be able to access RedZed Services from all computers or Mobile
    Devices due to hardware or software restrictions, connection limitations,
    the capacity of your internet service provider, availability of a connection
    via your telecommunications provider/carrier or for other reasons outside
    our control.
 c. Access to our RedZed Service may not be available from overseas. You should
    refer to your telecommunications provider/carrier for information about
    whether a mobile device will be able to use the relevant overseas network
    and access RedZed Service overseas.
 d. We are not responsible for:
    * the cost of any mobile, data or internet service provider you use to
      access any RedZed Service;
    * the inability of any computer or Mobile Device to access or use RedZed
      Service. You are responsible for compatibility of any computer or mobile
      device with each RedZed Service;
    * the unavailability of RedZed Service for any reason; or
    * any loss or damage to any computer or Mobile Device as a result of the use
      or attempted use of RedZed Service.

1.8SECURITY OF CUSTOMER ID AND PASSWORDS

When you register for RedZed Connect or RedZed App you will be required to go
through the registration process and create your password.

It is important that your Customer ID and Password remains secure. To protect
your Customer ID and Password:

 1.  use a strong Password;
 2.  do not use a number or word that can easily be associated with you (such as
     your date of birth, phone number or part of your name) as your Password;
 3.  do not use any form of disguise of your Password from which another person
     can easily work out the Password. For example, the following are not
     reasonable attempts to disguise a Password:
     a. reversing the sequence of the Password;
     b. describing the disguised record as a Password record;
     c. disguising the Password as a telephone number, postcode, amount or date;
     d. disguising the Password using alphabetical characters i.e. A=1, B=2,
        C=3, or disguising the Password in any other easily understood code,
        numbers or letters with any of them marked to indicate the Password; or
     e. recording the Password as a series;
 4.  Once you have a strong Password try to memorise it or use a secure password
     vault (eg, Apple Password);
 5.  destroy any document or communication that We issue you that contains your
     Customer ID or initial Password;
 6.  do not record your Customer ID or Password on your computer or Mobile
     Device, even if disguised;
 7.  Ensure you log out of RedZed Connect at the end of each session
 8.  For Mobile Devices, set screen lock, use strong passwords for mobile log on
     and ensure that others do not use your Mobile Device
 9.  You must not disclose your Customer ID or Password to anyone at any time,
     including family and friends.
 10. make sure nobody watches you or hears you when you sign-into RedZed
     Connect.
 11. If you or anyone else enters your Password incorrectly on three consecutive
     attempts, your access to RedZed Connect will be suspended. To reactivate
     your access to RedZed Connect you must contact the Client Services Team.
 12. We will never ask you to disclose your Password to Us.
 13. If you suspect that someone has become aware of your Customer ID or
     Password you must immediately change your password or contact the Client
     Services Team.


PART 2 - GENERAL INFORMATION

2.1CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1. We may change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
 2. Circumstances where We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions
    include, but are not limited to:
    a. changes to the cost of providing RedZed Service to you;
    b. changes in legal or other regulatory requirements affecting Us; or
    c. changes in any system or product development or enhancement.
 3. If you consider that you will be adversely affected by changes notified to
    you under this clause, you may terminate your access to RedZed Connect as
    set out in this document.
 4. We will give you at least 30 days (or such longer period required by law)
    written notice of a change which imposes or increases charges relating
    solely to the use of an access method or the issue of an additional or
    replacement access method.
 5. Subject to any applicable legislation, We will notify you of other changes
    no later than the day that the change takes effect by posting information
    about the changes on our website (www.redzed.com) or sending you an email
    with information about the changes to the email address you have provided to
    Us except where an immediate change is necessary to restore or maintain the
    security of RedZed Service

2.2CHANGES IN YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS

You must inform Us immediately of any change in your name, address, email
address or mobile phone number. You can do this by contacting the Client
Services Team.

2.3ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS WITH YOU

You agree that We may contact you (including to advise you of any changes to
these Terms and Conditions or changes to RedZed Connect or RedZed App) by:

 * Push notification (where you have elected that method)
 * sending you an email with the information about the changes to the email
   address you have provided to Us;
 * sending you an email to the email address that you have provided to Us to
   advise you that the changes are available for viewing on RedZed Connect or
   our website (redzed.com).
 * We may also contact you for any purpose at any time by writing to you or
   telephoning you using the contact details you have provided to Us.

2.4CONTACTING OUR CLIENT SERVICES TEAM

You can contact our Client Services Team by:

 * phoning 1300 722 462; or
 * or emailing Us at clientservices@redzed.com or
 * writing to Us at GPO Box 1693, Melbourne, Victoria, 3001; or
 * sending a message to Us using the secured e-mail facility available within
   RedZed Connect.

2.5PRIVACY

 a. We may collect personal information about you for the purposes of providing
    RedZed Service and may use and disclose that information in accordance with
    our Privacy Policy.
 b. Unless you have previously advised us that you do not consent to Us sending
    you direct marketing material, by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions,
    you agree that We may send you marketing material by Electronic
    Communication. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our
    Customer Service Team. If We send you any marketing material by electronic
    communication, you will have the option to indicate that you withdraw your
    consent to receiving information of this kind.

Privacy Policy, available from our website (www.redzed.com) or by contacting our
Customer Service Team on the contact details set out in this document.

2.6SEVERANCE

If any part or provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes void or
unenforceable under any applicable statute in any State or Territory then as to
that State or Territory that part or provision of these Terms and Conditions
will be removed from the Terms and Conditions. Removal of any part or provision
of these Terms and Conditions will not affect the remaining provisions in that
State or Territory or affect the validity or enforceability of that part or
provision in any other State or Territory.

2.7WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT REDZED CONNECT

 a. If you have a complaint about RedZed Service, you can contact our Client
    Services Team.
 b. If we can't resolve your complaint straight away, we will keep you advised
    of the progress of your complaint. You agree that we may do this verbally or
    in writing as we consider appropriate by contacting you using the contact
    details you have provided to Us.
 c. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction and you
    would like an independent review of your complaint, you can contact the
    Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) which is our independent
    external dispute resolution provider. AFCA's contact details are as
    follows:-

PART 3 - DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions have the following
meanings:-

Account means any active loan account you hold with us. This includes, without
limitation, an individual account, joint account, company account, trust account
or a partnership account.

Customer ID means a personal access number allocated to a User by us to identify
the User for the purposes of accessing RedZed Connect or RedZed App.

Client Services Team means our client services team.

Electronic Communication means a message we transmit to you and you receive from
us electronically, in a form that you can retain for later reference such as by
printing or by storing for later display.

Electronic Equipment includes, but is not limited to, a computer, or Mobile
Device.

Loan Terms & Conditions Booklet means the terms and conditions of your RedZed
Loan.

Mobile Device means a mobile phone, tablet device or other small screen device
which can be used to access the Internet or the RedZed App.

RedZedApp means the service enabled through an application made available via
the App Store

RedZed Connect means our service, which allows you to obtain information about
your Accounts by using a web browser.

Password means the password required to gain access to RedZed Connect or RedZed
App.

User means you and any other person authorised by you and Us (e.g. an authorised
signatory to an Account) to access RedZed Connect.

We, Us, or RedZed means RedZed Lending Solutions Pty Ltd ACN 123 588 527
Australian credit licence 311128 and its successors and assigns.

RedZed App for Android is only available on Google Play™. RedZed App for iPhone
is only available from the App Store.

Apple, Apple Pay, Apple Watch, Face ID, iPad, iPhone and Touch ID are trade
marks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. App Store is a
service mark of Apple Inc.

Android, Google Play and the Google Play logo are trade marks of Google Inc.
