The facilities and infra structure provided for better living are depicted below. Dikra Nu Ghar started as a ground floor unit with 30 rooms and now has three floors having 70 rooms. The rooms have double sharing facility although if any of resident is willing, can avail single occupancy facility by paying additional charges. For spending leisure time of residents’ corridors have been provided Julas / Swings on all the floors of the residential building.
