PAYMENT & DISCOUNTS

HOW MUCH IS THE CAR RENTAL FEE?

The daily rate (basic car rental charge) is calculated based on the scheduled
rental 24 hours started from pick-up time.

HOW SHOULD I PAY THE CAR RENTAL FEE?

Please make the payment via our online payment gateway.

ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS?

ANYTIME Rent a Car offers a variety of discounts (discounts are excluded from
some car classes). Please follows our website and social media for more
information about great offers and discounts.

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA COSTS IN ADDITION TO THE BASIC CAR RENTAL CHARGE?

Additional costs to the daily rate are required when you request extra options.
Also depending on the pick up location. ANYTIME HOLIDAYS Car Rent are operated
in Langkawi International Airport and Langkawi Ferry Terminal, there have
additional costs in order to pick up at different location.

* RM20/Way – Hotel in Kuah Town area.
* RM30/Way – Hotel in nearby Langkawi International Airport.
* RM  40/Way – Hotel in Cenang Beach area.
* RM  50/Way – Hotel in Tg Rhu Beach area.
* RM  60/Way – Hotel in Cable Car area.
* RM 100/Way – Hotel in Datai Beach area.

DOES THE CAR RENTAL FEE INCLUDE INSURANCE?

The Vehicle insurance cover is subjected to the EXCESS CLAUSE.


* RM8,000.00 (Van, MPV, Luxury Car/Mpv).

* RM5,000.00 (Sedan Car, Compact Car).

*RM2,000.00 (Motorcycle).

 

ARE THERE ANY MILEAGE LIMITS OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

There are no mileage limits or additional charges. You can drive as long a
distance as you like!


RESERVATION

WHAT DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?

The following items are required:
* Valid driver’s license in Malaysia
* Identity card or Passport
* Credit/Debid card (when you pay by credit card)

CAN I DRIVE IN LANGKAWI WITH THE DRIVER’S LICENSE OF MY OWN COUNTRY?

The driver’s license from your home country  allow you to drive in Langkawi.  If
you do not have a valid license, we cannot lease a car to you. Please make sure
to bring it with you on the day of your rental.

WHEN DO I NEED TO RESERVE THE CAR BY?

Please make your reservation 24 hour earlier upon your scheduled pick up time.
Car may be fully booked, to secure a rental, please make a reservation as soon
as you make a final decision on your trip details.

DO CARS EVER BECOME FULLY BOOKED?

Yes. The following periods are especially busy due to the holiday season in
Malaysia. We recommend early reservations.
* Aidil-Fitri 
* Chinese New Year
* L.I.M.A  (Big Event in Langkawi)
* Ironman (Yearly Event in Langkawi)
* School holiday / public holiday.

CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Your reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the pick-up time.

- Please note that the prescribed cancellation charges will be charged in case
of cancellation.


WHEN USING THE CAR

CAN I EXTEND THE RENTAL HOURS WHILE I AM USING A CAR?

It is possible, but we may not be able to allow extension due to the demand of
other reservations. When you wish to extend the rental hours, please contact the
ANYTIME HOLIDAYS Reservation Center or the counter as soon as possible.

HOW SHOULD I PAY FOR EXTRA HOURS WHEN I EXTEND THE RENTAL TIME?

You can pay the fee by online transfer /cash. Please note that a prescribed
penalty will be charged if you exceed your scheduled rental hours without
notifying us in advance. If you wish to rent a car longer period, please make
sure to inform us.

CAN I RETURN THE CAR TO A LOCATION WHICH IS DIFFERENT FROM THE PICKUP LOCATION?

There are times when it is possible, but it may not be possible due to the
demand of other reservations. When you wish to change the return location,
please contact the ANYTIME HOLIDAYS Reservation Center or the pick-up shop as
soon as possible.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE AN ACCIDENT?

In the event of an accident, please handle the situation in the following steps:
1. Get help for anyone injured.
2. Contact the ANYTIME HOLIDAYS Reservation Center.
English/Mandarin speaking staff is available at the ANYTIME HOLIDAYS Reservation
Center.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE CAR BREAKS DOWN?

In the event of a car-breakdown, please contact the ANYTIME HOLIDAYS Car
Reservation Center. We will show you the follow-up procedure after hearing the
situation.
