We’ve stayed at Makai properties multiple times now. They are beautiful, trendy
and clean. Makai properties professionally maintains all of their properties. I
loved the view of the volcano from the window of our unit. Access to the game
room was a lot of fun. The hot tub makes every stay relaxing. Highly recommend!

The owner, Levi, has a wealth of knowledge to pass on to new investors. He has a
great understanding of the needs of those under his care. He stays up to date on
laws/codes surrounding rental properties, which are constantly changing. He and
his team have strong work ethic and capacity. He was able to help with all our
needs. He wants your investment to succeed as much as you do and he has the
talent and resources to do it. Rental properties are a sound and time tested
investment. My wife and I are born and raised Hilo residents and have recently
acquired our first investment property. I've been a part of several real-estate
projects, and thought I had a good grasp on property management but wanted to
make sure I avoided any costly mistakes. I reached out to Makai Rentals and they
